The four week intensive training involves total body conditioning.
Focusing on body awareness, balance, flexibility, lightness, strength,
cardio, body reaction, all with the practice of yoga, Swiss ball
exercise, Pilates and kickboxing, the newest method of body
conditioning. Resistance training is incorporated with all exercises
using tubes and/or small weights.

PERSONAL TRAINING - BOOT CAMP
The one on one whole body conditioning, instructed by Sensei
Hamid, is applied to the individuals full intensity. Every
individual begins at her or his level, Hamid expects nothing
less, but always striving for a little more. The total body
conditioning includes STRETCHING through YOGA, encouraging the
muscles and fascia to lengthen and all joints of the body to
traction, heightening the nervous system, increasing blood
circulation. This is a great way to heat the body, centre the
mind and connect both the body and mind through the breathe
before beginning the intensive cardio workout.
The cardio workout is a combination of different movements:
skipping, jumping, squats, lunges, step ups, sit ups, push ups
and running, taking the individual closer to their goals.
Plyometrics is taught and administered to help improve speed and
strength. Plyometrics includes medicine balls, jump ropes,
resistance tubes, using this equipment while doing fast
movements with awareness and connection. Muscles respond well
when subjected to rapid alternation of lengthening and
shortening while resistance is being continuously applied to
them. The boot camp includes kickboxing techniques, to learn
self defense, self awareness, connection to the body and self
realization.
